In 1997, the improvement of the courtyards of houses 2-8 on Pravda Street began and an "emerald courtyard" appeared, inhabited by fairy-tale characters: the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, the Lion, the good sorceresses Stella and Willina, Faramant, as well as the Cannibal, Bastinda, and the Sabertooth Tigers.
