Aleksandrovsky Park on the Petrogradskaya Side is one of the first public parks in St. Petersburg ; it began to develop in the middle of the 19th century at the initiative of the Minister of Finance E.F.Kankrin. It was then that grooves and such lovely bridges appeared in the park, alleys were broken, trees were planted. Cafe "Grotto" of the same years. Although it is tiny, it is very cozy. Sculpture "Girl with a Book". Improvement of the park continued in Soviet times (park named after V.I. Lenin), such small park sculptures were installed. Sculpture "Girl with a Dove" Sculpture "Seated Girl". Remains of defensive ramparts and a canal that once covered the Peter and Paul Fortress from land.

The sculptural composition "Architects" in the Alexander Park (Petrogradskaya side). Bronze figures of architects Rastrelli, Rossi, Trezzini, Montferrand, Tom de Thomon, Voronikhin, Bazhenov, Zakharov. This sculptural composition is modern - it appeared in 2011, a gift to the city from the head of "Gazprom" Alexey Miller. The gift is associated with an embarrassment - Tom de Thomon sitting on the right with the face of the Scottish chemist Thomas Thomson, who has nothing to do with the Northern capital. The architect admitted his mistake and blamed Wikipedia, from which he downloaded the photo. V. I. Bazhenov Andrey Nikiforovich Voronikhin, architect of the Kazan Cathedral.

Next to the great architects is a model of "mini Petersburg", as well as a gift from Gazprom. The buildings of the most famous sights of St. Petersburg are made on a scale of 1:33. Savior on the Blood. Engineering Castle (Mikhailovsky) - architects Vincenzo Brenna and Vasily Ivanovich Bazhenov. Palace Square ensemble - General Staff (Carl Rossi) and Winter Palace (Rastrelli). Kazan Cathedral, behind it - St. Isaac's Cathedral (architect Auguste Montferrand). The Admiralty (architect Zakharov) on the right and the buildings of the Senate and Synod on the left (designed by Karl Rossi). The building of the former Stock Exchange (architect Thomas de Thomon) and

The building of the former Stock Exchange, Rostral columns. Peter and Paul Fortress and the Cathedral of Peter and Paul (the architect of the cathedral is Domenico Trezzini, the first architect of St. Petersburg). Saint Peter looks thoughtfully at the city named after him. I would look with interest at the characters who tore off the keys. All objects on the layout are accurately referenced to the terrain, you can walk around the layout, but, probably due to the coronavirus and the restrictions imposed, the layout was closed ...
Peter-Pavel's Fortress
St. Peter
Finally, my favorite St. Petersburg monument - to the crew of the "Guarding" destroyer.
