Cross at the entrance to Sevastopol. Recently, crosses began to appear en masse at the entrances to cities.
Monument to the Scuttled Ships
Monument to the scuttled ships is the most famous obelisk of Sevastopol, a symbol of the city and the main attraction.
During the Crimean War, in order to prevent the entry of the Anglo-French squadron into Sevastopol Bay, it was customary to flood several ships at the entrance to the harbor.
The monument survived by some miracle during the Second World War and the eagle with the crown and St. Andrew’s flag survived when the Bolsheviks massively destroyed the symbols of imperial power.
Monument to Nakhimov
Monument to Admiral Nakhimov on the eponymous square. The original was destroyed by the Bolsheviks in 1928. This is a recreated copy.

Monument to the battleship Sevastopol. The Bolsheviks renamed it the "Paris Commune", the historical name was returned only in 1943. It is a pity that such a ship was not preserved, such as, for example, the American battleship Missouri.

At the foot of the Historical Boulevard a bust of Ushakov is installed. During the first defense of Sevastopol in 1854-1855, a 4-battery was located at this place at a dominant height.
Monument to the defenders of the Yazonovsky redoubt.
Near the Panorama there is an exposition of giant Admiralty anchors.
On the facade of the Panorama of the first defense - busts of the defenders of Sevastopol. By the way, a very high artistic performance.

Stele in memory of the participant of the defense of Sevastopol, Count Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy.
Monument to General Totleben, the head of the engineering defense of Sevastopol during the siege of the city in 1854-1855. Around the adjutant general there are soldiers, sailors and sappers.
Rear view of the Totleben monument. The bronze cartouche describes the award of Totleben with the Order of St. George III degree. A legend is connected with the monument that in 1942 the head was torn off by a shell. The Germans decided to restore the monument to their compatriot and ordered a head in Germany. Because the general must be wearing a cap, then cast with a cap. And then it suddenly became clear that Totleben was holding his cap in his hand! They did not have time to remake their head and the monument in 1945 was already restored by the Russians.
Monument to Andrew the First-Called near the Cathedral of St. Vladimir ( Chersonese ).
