Tram series 71-623 on Kronverksky prospect. Also known as KTM-23) - passenger one-way motor four-axle tram car with variable floor level manufactured by Ust-Katavskiy Carriage Works. Produced since 2009. Probably I was mistaken and this is the LM-68M2 tram modernized at OEVRZ.
