This house was intended for party nomenclature, production drummers, high commanders and artists. The construction of the house began in 1933 year and planned to be completed in a year, but the house was commissioned only in 1937 year. The material for the building served brick demolished in 1931 – 1932 the years of the Resurrection Cathedral, standing in place Bashkir Academic Drama Theater.
