Admiral Fokin Street
Originally Beijing. It was formed in 1867. It was named so in memory of the conclusion of the Beijing Treaty of 1860 by Count Nikolai Pavlovich Ignatyev.

Because of the exacerbations with China, Soviet conjuncturers considered the name glorifying the ideological capital The enemy and Peking Street were renamed Admiral Fokin Street (commanded the Pacific Fleet) on September 10, 1964.
