The Mansion of the Sibiryakov Merchants (White House), Gagarina Boulevard, 24. Building of the first half of the 19th century. Nowadays - one of the buildings of Irkutsk State University (ISU). The building was built in 1799– 1804designed by the architect D. Quarenghi, which was burnt down in the early 19th century was rebuilt in the 1820s.
