Triumphal Arch, was built in 1813in the year Irkutskin honor of the tenth anniversary of the accession to the throne of Alexander I. Destroyed by the Bolsheviks, restored to 2011year, a little closer to the Angara. Initially, went to the ferry crossing, beyond which was the Moscow tract - the road to the European part of Russia.
