Traveling in Russia at each station I see locomotives installed at train stations.
The absolute majority of them even on the go!
The first steam locomotive, which brought food to besieged Leningrad, was installed near the railway station Shlisselburg .

Locomotive in cut
Railways were worn out and even one of the locomotives was cut to visually show the internal structure (by the way, I thought it was simpler).

Cherepanov steam locomotive, conditional copy.
Address: Chelyabinsk, Zwilling Street near the house 63.
Locomotive at the station of Chelyabinsk, it feels like cardboard. In the background is the Smolensk Church.
Not far from the train station of Chelyabinsk there is a museum of railway transport and the monument “The steam locomotive and tank”. Probably the most emblematic monument of the city.

Locomotive-monument Kch4-328 (serial number - 2343) and a monument to the first Russian locomotive of the Cherepanov brothers.
When restoring, inadvertently, the serial number was written instead of the serial number. The locomotive is now signed as Kc4-2343.
Model of the first Russian locomotive of Russian mechanics E.A. and M.E. Cherepanovs was made in honor of the centenary of the Sverdlovsk railway, installed on October 13, 1978 . The monument contains a time capsule. Open in 2028 on the day of the 150th anniversary of the road.
Both locomotives stand near the Palace of Culture of Railwaymen ( Yekaterinburg, Cheluskintsev St., 102 / Yakov Sverdlov Street, 35).
Pleasure train
In the center of Lappeenranta runs such a train that rolls tourists.
Locomotive-monument Er 762-91 produced in 1951, decommissioned in 2009, installed in the Pryvokzalny Square near the Voronezh-1 railway station in March 2014 . Solemnly opened on June 5, 2015 on the opening day of the third Platonov Festival.
The words from the novel “Chevengur” are stamped on a commemorative plaque:
“Through the sleepy, windless rain, something sullenly and sadly sang — so far that where it sang probably did not rain and it was day. Zakhar Pavlovich immediately forgot the birth, and the rain and hunger - and got up. It was a buzzing distant machine, a lively working steam train.

Locomotive-monument Er 787-70 and railway workers (driver, assistant driver and fireman). The engine was installed in 2005, and the sculptures - seven years later, in 2012 . In the post-war form of railway workers everything is taken into account, even portrait resemblance. The prototype of the assistant driver was the Hero of Socialist Labor Viktor F. Tsykunov. Bryansk .
