Monument steam locomotive FD21-3031 (real number FD20-2222), in the fall of 1941, the steam locomotive, which suffered serious damage during shelling, was repaired at the Tyumen depot, the hard worker got a new life. In 1987, by the centenary of the Tyumen Depot, it was decided to track down this steam locomotive and the searches were successful and the hard worker who went through the entire war was installed on a pedestal.

People's house
The former building of the Noble Assembly, which was supposed to be a place for business meetings and recreation at the top of the Tyumen society. Built in the late 1830s at the expense of the merchant Trusov on the steep bank of the Tura River.

In 1910 it became known as the People’s House. At the People’s House, there was a free city library maintained by the city. The house has been restored and is known as the Governor's House.
