Monument steam locomotive FD21-3031 (real number FD20-2222), in the fall of 1941, the steam locomotive, which suffered serious damage during shelling, was repaired at the Tyumen depot, the hard worker got a new life. People's house
The former building of the Noble Assembly, which was supposed to be a place for business meetings and recreation at the top of the Tyumen society. Built in the late 1830s at the expense of the merchant Trusov on the steep bank of the Tura River.
In 1910 it became known as the People’s House. At the People’s House, there was a free city library maintained by the city. The house has been restored and is known as the Governor's House.
