The former house of the Lyalins, Tula, Oktyabrskaya Street, 45.
Large two-story stone mansion with half-columns on the facade, with a beautiful balcony, with a mezzanine decorated with a large Venetian window, with a stone gate, also decorated with half-columns , with a large summer veranda overlooking the courtyard on the second floor.It was built at the end of the 18th century by Nikita Mosolov, a gunsmith and organizer of arms factories.Since the mid-19th century, the family of the honorary citizen of Tula, merchant of the 1st guild Yakov Lyalin lived here. <
Both Mosolov and Lyalin are Dedilov`s Cossacks. Lyalin`s father, Alexei Maksimovich, was awarded a silver medal for the supply of weapons to the army by order of the government during the Patriotic War of 1812.
In 1866, Yakov Lyalin on Millionnaya Street, next to his house, had a samovar production, which employed 200 people.
Today, in the house number 45 there is a regional children`s reception center.
