Former mansion of the Yaroslavl merchant I. N. Dunaev on Dvoryanskaya Street (now October Avenue The building was built according to the project of architect N. I. Pozdeyev in 1886 year.
It is also known among citizens as «the House of the Non-Drinkers» or «four non-drinkers» (Atlanteans are 4).
