Monument to the Hydrographic Service near the Hydrographic Service of the Pacific Fleet. The monument is made of a navigation sign mounted on water for a special mark Established in honor of the 140th anniversary of the hydrographic service.

The building was built in 1903year designed by architect I. I. Seestrandt in the style of “strict "Classicism and is part of the ensemble of residential buildings that housed the apartments of family and single officers of the Siberian Navy crew.
