Stone in honor of the founders of the fortress Krasniy Yar, Krasnoyarsk, arrow. The prison near Krasnoyarsk was built by the Cossacks of governor Andrei Dubensky in August 1628. One of his tasks for the future city was military defense from the Mongol and Turkic tribes.
