Sculptural composition "Architects" photo - Details
The sculptural composition "Architects" in the Alexander Park (Petrogradskaya side). Bronze figures of architects Rastrelli, Rossi, Trezzini, Montferrand, Tom de Thomon, Voronikhin, Bazhenov, Zakharov. This sculptural composition is modern - it appeared in 2011, a gift to the city from the head of "Gazprom" Alexey Miller. The gift is associated with an embarrassment - Tom de Thomon sitting on the right with the face of the Scottish chemist Thomas Thomson, who has nothing to do with the Northern capital. The architect admitted his mistake and blamed Wikipedia, from which he downloaded the photo. V. I. Bazhenov Andrey Nikiforovich Voronikhin, architect of the Kazan Cathedral.

Peter and Paul Fortress and the Cathedral of Peter and Paul (the architect of the cathedral is Domenico Trezzini, the first architect of St. Petersburg). Saint Peter looks thoughtfully at the city named after him. I would look with interest at the characters who tore off the keys. All objects on the layout are accurately referenced to the terrain, you can walk around the layout, but, probably due to the coronavirus and the restrictions imposed, the layout was closed ...
